Elias supported the Babylon shisha lounge from A to Z: advising on the concept and product offer, helping select shishas and accessories, designing preparation and service procedures, and assisting the team as the venue opened and began operating.

TwinShisha.

Taking the shisha experience beyond the lounge, and designing service around delivery.

Elias founded TwinShisha in Lebanon as a shisha delivery business. The concept demanded a different operating flow: choosing suitable setups, preparing orders, planning delivery logistics, and keeping the experience consistent away from a traditional lounge.
